ABN Pipe Corporate has acquired the production and commercial capacity of Polymelt GmbH, creating the new company Polymelt Pipe Systems GmbH. The production plant in Ebenhofen (Bavaria) is now a key facility for the group’s growth in Central Europe.

The connection between Polymelt and ABN began in the 1990s, when ABN was the exclusive distributor of our products in Spain and Portugal. In recent years, several Polymelt systems were already being manufactured at ABN’s facilities in Medina del Campo. This acquisition represents the consolidation of a long-standing and strategic relationship.
